Located on Lake Winnisquam in Sanbornton, NH with lake frontage and frontage on Black Brook, we are renting a second story seasonal cottage in an owner occupied, family-friendly location. The second floor unit sits 300’ from the beach with a water view – the lower level is storage only for the owners.
The unit is a 4 room, sleeps a maximum of 6 with two separate bedrooms, one queen in first bedroom with a full and twin in the second. Futon in the living room and ¾ bath with shower unit. Kitchen consists of stove, fridge, Keurig and microwave with dishes and silverware. Living room area has AC unit and internet. The unit also has a small deck with gas grill.
The location has a shared sandy beach with chairs, on a sandbar (great for young children), large stone fireplace on the beach (for night time smores and laughs), in-water volleyball net, and recreation hall. Great area for canoeing and kayaking. Shared 250’ dock. New state owned boat ramp nearby. Will consider 18’-20’ boat to be docked at location IF space is available. Great views of Gunstock Mountain, close to outlet malls and weirs beach, 10 minutes off of I-93 exit 20. Linens not included.
Tenants are responsible for cleaning and leaving the aparmtent they way they found it.
Rental week is Saturday to Saturday.
